Thursday box will contain

Rice, vegetable and tofu fritter with a mango yogurt dip GF

Quinoa and sweetcorn in a lemon dressing. V&GF

Shredded carrot,cabbage and spring onion in a soy and ginger dressing V&GF

Puy lentils,sun blushed tomatoes and herbs V&GF

Curried potato salad  - contains some chilli V&GF

Friday box will contain

Tortilla wrap with feta cheese, guacamole - contains some chilli- and salad

These are made strictly to order -please ring through your order by Thursday at the latest.

Griddled aubergine parcel stuffed with haloumi and basil.

Crushed new potatoes, pea and mint cake and roasted vegetables. Red wine,olive and  tomato salsa. GF
