Soup of the day –V&GF.  Served with a bread roll and spread of your choice.. £4.95

Choose one of the following which will be served with the four salads listed 
Wrap with crushed beans, rocket,avocado and a sweet chilli dip V  ( can be made gluten free on request)  £10.99  OR
Falafel - Sweet potato and beetroot -  with garlic mayo which contains mustard V&GF £10.99  OR
Frittata  - spinach and feta cheese GF £10.99  OR
Houmous with toasted seeds and bread –contains sesame V  (Can be made gluten free on request) £10.99

Quinoa with sweetcorn and artichoke V&GF
Marinated carrot with cranberry and orange V&GF 
Courgette,puy lentils and red peppers in a tomato salsa V&GF 
Crushed new potato with pea and mint V&GF

Hot dishes - all £12.99
  • Mushroom and chickpea stroganoff with toasted cashews and rice GF   ( can be made vegan on request) 
  • Cannellini bean and roasted vegetable ragu with orzo pasta and a basil pesto-  topped with Italian hard cheese. ( Can be made vegan on request)
  • Thai sweet potato, green bean and chickpea curry with brown rice - contains some chilli V&GF
